Refunds

Who sells to you

Payments are processed by Tebex Limited (England and Wales, no. 08129184), acting as merchant of record: it buys the script licence and resells it to you. Your purchase contract is with Tebex, under its terms and conditions.

General rule: no refunds

Buying a script means buying a licence to use digital content. Under Tebex's terms (conditions 6.3 and 22), the purchase is final and non-refundable unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

So before buying, check on the product page:

• Supported frameworks and dependencies.
• That you log in with the Cfx.re account that owns your server key.
• The images, the showcase video if there is one and the documentation.

EU customers: right of withdrawal

If you live in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. For digital content, that period ends 14 days after purchase or when the first download starts, whichever is sooner. At Tebex checkout you give your express consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that, once delivery or download begins, you lose the right of withdrawal (condition 13 and Schedule 1 of Tebex's terms).

If you withdraw in time, you notify Tebex in writing with a clear statement, and Tebex refunds within 14 days using the same payment method.

Faulty or not-as-described products

None of the above limits your legal rights if the product is faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable skill and care (Tebex condition 14). You also keep the mandatory protections of your country of residence.

If a script doesn't work, open a ticket on our Discord first: most cases are installation issues (Cfx.re account, artifacts or dependencies) and are quickly solved.

Cases not eligible for a refund

Unless consumer law says otherwise:

• Changing your mind after downloading the script.
• Buying with a Cfx.re account other than your server's. Checking the account is the buyer's responsibility: a granted script can't be removed from an account, so there are no swaps or refunds for this reason.
• Incompatibilities with frameworks, dependencies or modifications not listed as supported.
• Your server stopping or closing down.

How to request

1. Open a ticket on our Discord with your Tebex transaction ID (found in your purchase email) and explain the issue.
2. For withdrawal (EU), payment issues or complaints, contact Tebex directly: tebex.io/contact/checkout.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or PayPal: it can almost always be solved first.
